1 Introduction

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on PK Super at any given time. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered under false identities or accounts created to circumvent a previous suspension are all prohibited and will be closed without notice.

When you register, you are required to provide your real name, a valid email address and a working mobile number. This information is used to verify your identity, process withdrawals and communicate important account updates to you. PK Super does not accept registrations using temporary email addresses or virtual phone numbers for verification purposes.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify PK Super immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• PK Super will never ask for your password by email, SMS or chat.
• Sharing account credentials with another person constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested. PK Super cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

PK Super processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate applied to deposits. The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards , and other mobile wallets as listed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

• Minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits – where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person – are not permitted and will be reversed.
• PK Super reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals linked to a deposit.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of completing the transaction on your payment app, please contact PK Super support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit for the same amount before the first one has been confirmed or investigated, as this may result in a duplicate charge.

PK Super does not charge any platform fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside PK Super's control. We recommend checking your JazzCash or Easypaisa app for any applicable service charges before initiating a transfer.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on PK Super are processed in PKR and sent directly to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. PK Super aims to process withdrawal requests within a few hours during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• A minimum wagering activity is required before withdrawal of any deposit bonus funds – see Section 6 for bonus-specific conditions.
• VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing – see Section 8 for details.
• Withdrawal requests made to accounts not matching your registered identity will be declined.
• PK Super may place a temporary hold on withdrawals where there is a pending account verification or an active investigation into account activity.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within the timeframe indicated in your account dashboard, please contact our support team with your withdrawal reference. PK Super is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or other payment providers once the funds have been dispatched from the platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PK Super offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each bonus or promotion will have its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

7 Games & Fairness

8 VIP Programme

PK Super operates a five-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier eligibility is determined by a player's wagering activity over a rolling period as specified in the VIP programme terms. Benefits at each tier include cashback on net losses, faster withdrawal processing and access to exclusive promotions.

• VIP status is calculated based on wagering volume and is reviewed on a regular basis.
• Cashback credited through the VIP programme is subject to the wagering conditions specified in the VIP terms.

9 Player Conduct

PK Super expects all players to conduct themselves in a respectful and honest manner at all times. The platform operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour directed at other players or at PK Super staff.

• Abusive, threatening or offensive language in any communication with PK Super staff or other players is prohibited.
• Attempting to defraud PK Super or other players by any means – including chargebacks, false dispute claims or manipulation of game mechanics – is prohibited.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your PK Super account to another person is not permitted.
• Players are encouraged to report any behaviour they believe to be fraudulent or abusive to PK Super support.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

PK Super reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, attempts to manipulate game outcomes, abusive behaviour, or failure to pass verification checks.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide information. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Legitimate balances unrelated to the breach will be returned after the investigation concludes.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting PK Super support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed as a final withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

11 Privacy & Data
